- Director of maintenance duties (DOM on retainer basis).
- Assure that aircraft airworthiness is maintained within reasonable economic means.
- Confirm that Chapter V requirements of the Aircraft Maintenance Manual are up to date.
- Advise the client of incoming maintenance requirements to sustain efficiency of aircraft for client’s business and personal use.
- Attend de-briefing to discuss all details of inspection and verify required information on all items to be worked.
- Assure conformity is maintained per aircraft certification and operation 91 or 135.
- Oversee the daily maintenance and track that man-hours billed reflect the work performed.
- Review invoices and insure services are properly documented.
- Provide daily reports.
Note: As a post-employee of Gulfstream of 40 plus years, I am well versed concerning the infrastructure of the company and resourceful and shrewd in maneuvering its pitfalls.
